At lockoy, we prioritize the security, transparency, and accuracy of all billing transactions. All payments on our store are processed securely using PAYPAL

1. Secure Payment Options To ensure a safe and seamless checkout experience, lockoy accepts the following payment methods supported by Shopify Payments:

All payments are processed securely in British Pounds (GBP – £). Only payment methods displayed at checkout are available.

2. Payment Processing & Security All transactions on lockoy are processed through Shopify Payments, a secure and Level 1 PCI DSS–compliant payment gateway.

  • SSL Encryption: Our website uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to protect your personal and payment information.
  • No Data Storage: We do not store, view, or have access to your full credit card number, CVV code, or banking PIN. Payment details are handled directly by the secure payment gateway.

3. Order Confirmation & Billing

  • Immediate Charge: Payment is deducted at the time you place your order. Orders are not dispatched until full payment has been successfully confirmed.
  • Bank Statement: The charge will appear on your bank statement as lockoy.
  • Currency Handling: All transactions are settled in GBP. If your bank operates in a different currency, it may apply conversion rates or additional fees. lockoy does not control or take responsibility for these charges.

4. Failed Transactions If your payment is declined, please check the following:

  • Ensure your card is enabled for online payments.
  • Confirm that your billing details match the information held by your bank.
  • If the issue continues, please contact your bank or try a different supported payment method.

5. Refunds & Disputes

  • Refunds are processed in accordance with our Refund Policy.
  • If you believe there is an error in billing, please contact us at contact@lockoy.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We aim to resolve all valid billing concerns within 24 business hours.

6. Fraud Protection lockoy reserves the right to cancel or hold any order that appears suspicious or fraudulent. In such cases, we may request additional verification (such as proof of identity or address) to confirm that the cardholder has authorised the transaction.
